Returns & Exchanges

At Momo Slimes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, certain accessories and final sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original garment tags and protective packaging are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
